Albyrag Labs is the name used for this website and studio service. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
When you contact us, request a discovery call, ask for an offer, use a referral code or become a customer, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, company, service interest, message, referral information, communication history and payment status. We do not ask for identity documents, health information or other sensitive data through this website.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your request, prepare a proposal, deliver agreed services, manage our customer relationship, prevent duplicate or fraudulent referrals, process and reconcile payments, secure our systems and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing and nonessential analytics require their own permission.
Website analytics
Essential technical records may be used to keep the website secure and working. Nonessential analytics, including VSL progress and session behavior, will not be activated until an appropriate consent choice is available. Analytics records must not contain your name, email address, phone number or payment details.
Referrals
A referral link or code may be connected to an inquiry so the correct advocate can receive credit. If a link is not used, the buyer may identify the referrer during the inquiry or sales process. Referral attribution is confirmed before payment and is checked for duplicates, self referrals, refunds and misuse.
Who processes the data
Albyrag Labs may use vetted providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, communications and payments. This may include Vercel, Supabase, Paymob and other providers selected for the service. Access is limited to what each provider needs. Before production use, Albyrag documents the provider, purpose, location, safeguards and deletion terms.
Storage and deletion
We keep personal data only while it is needed for the stated purpose, an active customer relationship, a dispute, security, accounting or another Saudi legal obligation. When the purpose and applicable retention requirement end, the data is securely deleted or permanently anonymized. A request to delete data may be limited when another law requires a record to be retained.
Your rights
Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to be informed, access your personal data, receive a readable copy, correct or complete it, request its destruction, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority.
Security
We use role based access, server side validation, protected credentials, audit records and reasonable technical and organizational controls. No system can promise absolute security. If a qualifying personal data breach occurs, Albyrag will follow the notification duties required by Saudi law.
